True but need to understand the problem first and secondly its cause....otherwise the risk is producing a solution for a problem we didnt have. We know one of the symptoms is the share price and suspect we know the cause of the problem and that is why rounding out the Board structure and composition is a first priority. Sure there are plenty of underlying operational and reporting issues but they can wait in the short term as they aren't the hurting factor.
