If Adrian is selling (and that indeed is the suspicion) then I cannot see how he could stay on the board (even for the short term).
As a listed company, AHF must have a minimum of 3 directors (not another of Michael's mates, even if as a casual vacancy).
Also, if selling, he only had a very short time frame in which to then advise the ASX of this. Time therefore beckons as the future hurtles relentlessly to the present.
