    I wouldnt imagine that bodes well a 3 way JV, (in ref to) for selling later on down the track, well not for an aussie group? However another asian or chinese group may become very attracted to this?

    Remember adrian isnt planning to keep this(ahf) he plans to build it big enough to the sell for a tidy sum later on
    Well thats what was the plan anyway
