It's an embarrassment so they were not going to highlight this at all. My thinking is that when/.if the MOU with Lian He gets signed off that all licencing will be Lian He's responsibility. Whatever issues were had with the China Debacle last year should be sorted with the new processor build thus us taking 40% and giving Lian He 60%
Of course all speculative and we wait as usual for details
