If you are correct, it will be their first JV then since it was disclosed in the Half Year Report they are not party to any JV's.

Also that isn't a strategy, that's an initiative that would be a subset to a strategy. I would expect to see some form of strategic framework, a broad structural outline of what they will do to realise that strategy framework, some broad measurable metrics of relevance, some specific targets in certain time-frames for those metrics to be met and a strategic reporting regime so shareholders can see how they are tracking against the strategy. Anything less and it is opportunistic and sporadic and will continue to leave shareholders gasping for air and clarity and end up with more screaming for detailed information on sub-strategy initiatives as loss of confidence and trust sinks even further.
