    I think this one has enormous upside potential but the key word is "potential" and the challenge is buyers don't pay much for potential any more and with 197m shares on issue, a market of sub-$30m, an EV of something less than $20m, still not breaking even on a half yearly basis, a very opaque understanding of who is who and who does what out of the list folks in your last paragraph doesn't help but the Board certainly doesn't overpay itself even if its view on performance options is somewhat quirky and the execs arent overly paid if industry benchmarked unless there is takings from underneath the accounts that shareholder cant see but then we don't have access to the CoA and the transaction codings nor the right to audit. The directors are our voted representatives as it is so we have to depend on them communicating and reporting to us as to how they are performing with the use of all our capital and voting support so somewhere amongst all that trust has to exist and that's running out.

    A takeover would be a low ball offer no matter what it is, given what can be done with the business and where it can be taken under local stewardship, local funding and local support.
