Share price up only 10% in the last 9 months, with profit guidance just released up 50%. Housing construction can remain strong for some time and spread from Sydney, assuming a lot of Sydney people not in the property market will look to move interstate for affordable housing. They went to Melbourne in the early 2000's, might go to Brisbane this time.
