Not sure who making money but in Eastland Shopping Centre in Ringwood Eastern Melbourne there seem to be too many. Priceline is the busiest near Coles, its better store layout with cashiers at front door area but the new AMCAL next to Wollies seems to be struggling and appears to have a shoplifters paradise layout. Another is called
Pharmacy 4 Less Ringwood in the wrong spot seems to be empty most times but medical surgery opening up nearby should help.
Chemist Warehouse Ringwood - Supercare Pharmacy sits nearby on the main highway outside with the usual overstocked store with nurse rooms. does a fair bit of business and needs security staff at two entrances. Priceline busiest of Eastland stores. But wait there are more chemists nearby too.
