With all of the over budget projects out there you cant blame the market for being a bit skeptical early on in the construction phase of Hera......as time passes, construction progresses, timelines are met and costs are managed then the market will warm up real fast as will the stock price.....where that inflection point lies who knows...I suspect its end 2013/early 2014.

In the meantime, what we can all look forward to are the results from the deep drilling in Nymagee North with look like 3-4 weeks from now........I look at things this way .....during the absolute worst of times the lowest recent stock price .145/.15 and there wasnt much to buy on those prints.... call the real low for any significant volume more like .16/.17....we are currently at .205.... so from a risk/reward standpoint you could buy here and have .16/.17 be your downside even if Nymagee North drilling comes up with SAND... which we should all be able to agree is pretty much a zero probability.

If the Nymagee North drilling hits a large intercept of high grade copper then as I have said before you can pretty much take PEX's market cap and add it to YTC's current market cap.... In fact, I could make an argument that you should perhaps add 150% of PEX's market cap because YTC has a MUCH better funding position and much clearer path to monetizing the copper in ground than PEX currently does.

That means that we are looking at .50-.60 with probably not a lot of volume trading in between once the assays from Nymagee North are out. If the market doesn't react that way then the screaming trade becomes to sell PEX/buy YTC as a relative value trade.

I'm taking the buy YTC outright trade right now as a great risk/reward play even in uncertain market conditions.......Once the assays are out I will decide from there but in my humble opinion there is no way YTC should have a similar market cap to PEX.

Its going to be a very interesting next few weeks.
