Interesting thoughts. Greg Hughes was seminal in forming the roll up that is integral from Lake imaging yes. However when it got big enough to require leadership in management and organic growth rather than cherry picking takeovers then Greg moved on. Or was pushed on - as was Livingstone depending on who you talk to.
Dean dean took over as Ceo of imaging when Carl Adams resigned after being headhunted by Capitol. The same capitol that he then had a spectacularly public falling out with john Conidi.
So so in essence the same players in primary since the days of Mayne trucking barring old man Ed passing on.
Am am I surprised this is now subject to a takeover. Not at all. The only surprise is how long the emperor walked around without clothes before the market noticed.
