Why does NuSep (NSP.AX) board get to look through a special 'prism'?
One of the definitions from the Merriam-Webster dictionary for prism is "a medium that distorts, slants, or colours whatever is viewed through it". Is that what we want?
Are there other similar companies, who are otherwise running a quality show, with real profitability, who look through the same 'prism'?
Bond Corporation, for those old enough to remember, had a significant shareholder who was also the chairman, Mr Alan Bond, and, as it turned out later, was a criminal who subsequently spent time in gaol for stealing from shareholders. What he did was stack the votes, and lied to shareholders to get his own outcome, at everyone else's expense. Would he have argued that he viewed the matters through a 'prism'?
Is our chairman, John Manusu, using the same 'prism'? If not, how is it different?
These matters are not in the past but right now and here TODAY. They are real and current.
