The big test for our team at the helm will be when they discover a mineable resource to see how quickly they progress through the six stages to bring the resource to a cash cow for us. We have not reached stage one yet but things do look likely.
1. Discovery
2. Reality
3. Gestation
4. Feasibility
5. Construction
6. Production
Working in West Africa will bring new challenges for most of them lets hope they are up to this challenge.
Also we don't want them to lose focus on the home front.
Lets see the next big jump in the SP is stage 2 Reality.
