If i was Pirate Pete i would have done exactly the same thing.
No, not to rape and pillage the company again..that's the fun stuff..but to make sure this thing doesn't go into administration and attract potential law suits. God knows that many of us have enough to take them to court and win, just not enough cash to last the fight.
