that means that now there is no premium
no other bidders, after a few months - so that means nobody else is interested
what crossed my mind is that the kcn shareprice is being hampered by some issues, which means it could be underpriced. the andean shareprice is being supported -which means it could be overpriced. by accepting the bid, andean shareholders could be jumping into an underpriced stock, by getting out of an overpriced stock - seems to be fair value
