Unless there is something we dont know, a company with half the market cap of its cash holding last quarter is probably a fair way from gone. And thats not factoring the value of their non cash assets.
Looks truly awful, but there could be some value here. Direction and some purchases on market from directors would be a start.
Based on what we know now, im cautiously changing sentiment to buy.
