Mmmmm and we all know that the market is always right and predictable.
I just disagree. The outlook for iron pre is still very positive. You kind of need this stuff to build things and there is just too much of the world that is looking forward to living like we do that are currently not.
The economics of this project is strong compared to pretty much all others - low ongoing cost and good product (67% fe).
Yes the price of iron ore will come down. But even if it came down to $80/t and SRK could have 600mt of iron ore at 67% fe then this would be a very attractive purchase for someone so long as Peru does not go crazy. I don't believe that they would pay $650M for it any more but certainly more than $10M.
Just my belief. So drill away boys and let's find out.
