Look at those numbers, page-5

The SP has stagnated, it's obvious the management have not achieved their objective- to return shareholders value- whether the management are foxing or indeed scared of releasing the details is to be seen, either way the delay is frankly without reason.
We should have seen the closing of the $1.7m deal by now, no confirmation???
Does anyone think there is good news ahead?
How long does it take to reveal the consideration? Or at least announce a extra-ordinary meeting to discuss.
Patience is thinning, I've been in since 2011.
