Based on the following extract from ELK's announcement of 4 August we should see an update from the company soon?:-

“The companies that participated in the bidding are financially strong and are capable of completing the transaction. Since the top bids were competitive and involve a retained interest in the Grieve project for Elk, it may take a couple weeks to decide on the winning bidder and arrive at a final term sheet for the transaction.”
