IF you're not ignorant and can read its all here in the operations update daviste. They explain the problems clearly and the solutions which management are currently doing to take care of these problems eg. replaceing sag mill grates, 33,000m grade control drilling accross all 3 deposits,etc. So you can put you worries and wondering to bed by reading the update.

This is a good plan, now they need to deliver. Once they do I will be in.
