Yes, if you look at a weekly chart it has been in an uptrend since 2016 but geez it's a slow grind. 2018 has seen (roughly) a few weeks up followed by a few weeks down , with the gains exceeding the declines. Hopefully the 47/48 cent area holds as an area of support.
