I would add to that my own personal use of Flight Centre. I typically do all my own research on-line, find the cheapest prices, and then book through Flight Centre (price matched). That way if there is any change of schedule, problem with connections etc, I have a one-stop shop to sort out the issues. The consultants at my local branch are brilliant and are happy to do this for me, even if there is minimal margin on some of the flights I book with them.
