Heres my predictions for funding:
New Moonie might be coming back into the game???? Probably as a last resort ...
Maybe a steady drip feed of more Gov Grants
Possibly a loan from The Turk Banks..
Thinking it is still too early for Jinko to be throwing their $$ at it
Tasni already throwing $$ at it..

Funding till the end of 2019????
