There was also Springtree Capital (brought in around the same time as Nicola Swift). I think they may be trading as Bergen Capital these days.
I can't remember the exact details, but they were supplying capital to DYE and given tranches of stock at x% discount to market price every month, then they were dumping all the stock immediately for a tidy profit for themselves, but a massive dilution and share price rort to DYE and its shareholders.
It seemed like they came on board to support DYE when we needed capital, but it was just a financial game to get immediate profits every month.
Re. Tullochs, I was under the impression they had conflict with the board and it seemed like it was irreconcilable differences that lead to them parting with DYE and consequently dumping their holdings in their farewell. Hahah so many stories. Not sure what's actually fact.
