It's possible but Hartleys have also been the main buyer of all those paterson shares so that wouldn't make sense. But neither does Hartleys letting the patersons clients take some off the underwriting shares at 8c and then buy them back above 8c and now around the 8c mark??
Hopefully we get an update on operations tomorrow before the AGM.
