vt123 - that acquisition that this small placement is for should add a minimum of 18% to eps growth for 2007 over 2006 - if the acquired company does the same numbers - and factoring in 3 million additional SRH shares (approx 2.44 million placement and 500K as part of payment for acquisition).

In fact the placement is really $1.435 as the placement holders are not entitled to the 3.5 cent divvie about to be paid.

If you do some research and add in this acquisition and their recent contracts for 2007 and their outlook comments then 30% - 40% eps growth isn't out of the question for 2007 imo.
