I had been half expecting this as an option if you see their balance sheet in the annual report - although thought that they might have taken on a bit of debt as they are debt free and very profitable. However only 23 million shares in total and placement at a level not far below the current price.
Wouldn't be surprised later to see further placements to fund positive eps growth targets - they certainly have the capital structure with just 23 million shares to consider that path - as long as the acquisitions are right.
As you say - might present a buying opportunity - perhaps in the $1.30 range even?
