    Ummm, try to imagine a taxi driver/operator who tells passengers he does not accept Cabcharge cards? Or picture a taxi driver being told by his operator that the cab does not process Cabcharge?

    Alternatively, imagine a fashion retail shop which does not accept Visa.

    Voila, there's your answer.
