Went up to Melb last week and traffic is terrible with diversions around construction.
Not sure which tunnel/roads, but it is happening now.
I also doubt I will ever see the airport link.
We use the airport but $16 each way from Spencer St.
Can't see how rail would be better.
Too many thugs on trains too.
