Instead of voting major parties down I suggest we vote state governments out of existence.
The savings by having a federal government--given we have been a federation for over 100 years ----and regional governments would allow many good social projects to be instigated.
Just because we have state governments---- that are more of a drain on the nation than they are worth----- doesn't men we have to have them forever.
An example on how we can save big $
The states involved in the Murray Darling administration have burnt $13 billion in the past decade for little improvement--and more costs are to come if droughts in the basin catchments don't break this winter.
