I am amazed how attuned to the investor psychology they are that they know how to sell the dream of riches time after time, I am amazed that 12 months form now we will have anew breed of HC members warning people of the next CR . They are infact geniuses at this task. Now, just so you can contain your enthusiasm, the difference between .6 and .7c is 200k. More importantly look at the VWAP since releasing the news and you will realise the discount is infact more like 25% to what 500m + shares changed hands at.
