Working out the number of shares thrown in to support Lockett in the poll was about 13 to 14 million.TTY has 20m all up. It would have to have been TTY.The interesting figure is the 13 to 14 million. This was the number of shares Lockett sold to M.K. Why did Lockett sell his shares before the AGM knowing that he wanted to stand again but would possibly lose without his shareholding.
Possibly he sold before the AGM because OLY needed good news at the AGM but with a proviso that his shares would be cast in his favour in a poll.
Why he wants to retain his directorship when he is not wanted and has sold out is something only he knows. He is toothless now anyway.Maybe he thinks the company is going places now and wants to be a part of it.
TTY appears to be the only substantial holder and i am sure is looking to become even more substantial.

This is all supposition and only my opinion.
