I called the company and asked the question. They said they are working with local suppliers and are selling product into local seafood shops. Im not sure if this is only done during the xmas period or not. I did however see the frozen product in a Catalano's store in a big shopping centre.

They did note that they are struggling to keep up with demand for the product with large orders and have been focusing their supply of filling these order rather than small orders for the local market. I certainly came away from the call with a positive note knowing that focus is on keeping up with demand for the product, and that they are looking to further market the product locally to the public and the gourmet wine/restaurant market.
