My point was that old mate was spruiking that expanding the plant SIR is building will be a financial disaster (or along those lines) whereas the mines he is ramping started small and expanded their processing plants as required. It is not a big deal and plenty of operations do it - get started, make money, understand what you are playing with (the orebody and the mining area) and adapt as required. Both Mark B and Rob D have been through this a few times.
SIR have an operation at the start of its life, the others (POS) are approaching the end or at least well into their mid life. AS you point out, they will also need to raise capital - almost certainly
