Its because we are watching the screen so much. When we go to the weekly and daily charts, it is doing the perfectly normal thing of consolidatin g on light volume. It is just taking a little longer than I initially thought it would to take out the next leg. It will happen when a couple of new buyers turn up or when an announcement is made, whichever comes first.
Chinese growth figures out tonight will help small miners. That might give it a kick along.
