The market cap of NVL National Vet Care is now 27% of the market cap of Greencross GXL.
NVL has around 70 vet practices, GXL has in excess of 170 vet practices with three times the ebit generated.
By my very simple reckoning the market is valuing the Pet Barn business at not very much.
Any thoughts.
