With other companies it might drop back to the issue price (BLY was the perfect example). But on this occassion the record date hasn't been dropped on anyone and there is a choice here. If this was headed to 18c it would have done it in the last couple of weeks. On the contrary, once the farm in is confirmed this is headed for 30c+
