seems like a pretty attractive buy. Get in and hold for MEO announcement then cash in for the rights at 18 cents. If Meo doesn't happen then don't do the rights. At the shareprice will probably fall below ex price anyway so they won't raise any cash.
Positive sign that the farmout is going ahead for me. Otherwise risky business.
