Not satisfied to just have the long term directors in on it, but they felt the need to appoint an additional director (a Bizzell Capital Partners employee), to share the teat.

This appointment took place despite another prolonged delay, and just prior to the wet season of last year.

Director's fee plus cheap (VWAP justified) shares...it's a glorious playbook...and beautifully executed...pretty to watch!
