Towie. IF they get that agreement with the TOs signed and the ML granted, they are cheap.
But, it's hard to muster any confidence at the moment. I'll be watching for any more buying, today still could just be one of the oldies thinking the way you are. But, it's "something", someone's been nibbling at the .003s recently and today's was a comparatively big buy from what we've seen for a very long time.
