Please excuse my negativity and cynicism, but given what we do...

Please excuse my negativity and cynicism, but given what we do know, especially the company's very parlous financial position and working on debt financing for most of those 8 years, can anyone really give an honest reason why this management hasn't been able to commence mining that pot of gold in that 8 years? Mismanagement, at least. Negligence? Or, worse??
A management that has no experience in mining and no interest in its shareholders, as they have no effective power.!!
There's a tried and true centuries old saying that there are none so blind than those that will not see.
Is that us??
What are we really expecting, a once off spike and then,what..??? There are 3.3 BILLION shares on issue.
