LME Pb stocks under 70Kt, page-2

Question is is it stockpile being sold on warrant or to buyers and who r the buyers. Is it possible the Chinese r stockpiling for their own means and ends. They done it with other commodities before. Think it might be time for some emails to those in the know re where this stuffs going. I’ve guven up guessing. Hoping it’s to genuine consumers.

BUT as u guys say why would Toho stump up half the capital requirement for Abra development. There’s a strong smell that lead is getting a bit scarce.
