Looks like its decision time from the Court a lot of holders believe LKO will be the winner -but with govts who knows?? Some suggestion there will be a announcement at 4PM today but then others are saying Tuesday ??
If it goes in Lakes favour then expect a rerate at least!!!
I see in the article on scotched this afternoon the reporter has written it up with the headline Hancocks back Lakes Oil in Case with the Victorian Govt and states they own 11% .I asked the question why was DGR not mentioned and I got a reply back stating that it was much more interesting and would carry more weight mentioning Hancocks.???
Just makes you wonder does it not ???
DGR in the news a lot can't help but create more interest and maybe a rerate
