WT ... F Our oldest pure oil & gas company crippled by an already disabled (pardon the pun) State Government whom rearranged legislation to suit itself IMO would now consider a takeover???? Pfffft... History my friend DYOR...the Board of Lakes along with its top 10 holders have a little more clout and obvious patience than to allow any such thing until recognition of its common legal right & sovereignty is acknowledged AIMOI. As long as Company funds can last the distance a takeover is absurd IMO so GLTAH & bring on the Courts recommendations it seems like forever since the Great man reserved his judgment.....and I would like to reiterate Great Man.
