I believe the move in RAW safeguarded LKO's future. If it hadn't been for that, I would have considered my holding in LKO.
It would appear legislation no matter how arbitrary trumps investment and rights that existed under previous laws and agreements. Gosh that is a sad day for companies and clearly Victoria is not the place to do business.
No mention as to costs, leave to appeal, or whether the permits are still valid ?
