I wonder if lower ranked pirates are still doing the masters bidding.
Was talking to a barrisrer mate who felt that if anything illegal is proven its generally the deckhands that would walk the plank whilst the ringleader has it wrapped up so all that person gets is a fine and a slap on the wrist.
