My understanding is 150,000,000 shares exist pre IPO for $6,300,000

IPO they have raised $10,000,000 for the issue of another 50,000,000 shares.

So pre IPO the Average cost is 4.2 cents.
Those that have participated in the IPO paid 20 cents.

Escrowed shares is about 82,000,000.

this leaves 68,000,000 shares with an average of cost of 4.2 cents available to sell day 1.

The company is valued at PRE IPO $40mil and makes no money and has reported of revenue of not much.

I would love to be in this pre IPO at 4.2 cents but would be very nervous if I paid 20 cents during the IPO.
