As per previous guidance to the market, we were reasonably hopeful of that occurring before the 15th of Feb.  Needless to say, we are keen to see a timely progression of this step towards signing.  As I had indicated in a previous post, we are in daily contact with our Indian partners, so the delay to this deliverable is a priority for us to resolve in these daily discussions. The issues are not fundamental to their willingness to proceed but rather reflective of the many more stakeholders our partners have to contribute to this decision and the longer lead time this can create.
