I have traded in CHM shares since before they were wound up in 2004. I believed back then and still believe now that the previous directors conducted shady deals that sent CHM down the drain. Why are the knockers so against a rejuvenated company fighting for shareholders/company rights? If the new directors pick up rewards along the way, how is that any different to any other company director in Australia?
