the options only come into play if the share price is higher than 11c so definitive a positive given it is a premium to where the price is here so this is not a worry , also the extra cash raised from the options will further strengthen the financial position of DSE having effectively raised funds higher than RTO price. and nearly double the last and probably final placement price.
The performance shares issued are all to directors and substantial holders , if they hit their targets they definitely deserve to be rewarded , keep in mind all directors have tipped in serious cahs at RTO and at the most recent placement. Theo alone has put in $600k at 10c and $300k at 6c talk about money where your mouth is.
