more than it is now! If I had a dollar everytime a shareholder touted a takeover and it didn't happen... i'd be retired.
The main game here is that they will shortly (potentially already) join one of very very few SAAS companies on the ASX that are cash flow positive. Its a mountain of a task to do it and takes a long time. It's the holy grail of building tech businesses but very few ever achieve it. There are plenty on the asx that are valued at many multiples of this one that are nowhere near doing it yet and probably will take years to every do so, assuming they achieve it. Once you pass breakeven your business is very low risk and normally revenue drops to the bottom like in spectacular percentages. On this case 80%. That means scaling it becomes not only extremely profitable, but you can afford a greater cost of sales to achieve it and still make the numbers work exceptionally well into ebit.
This company has slipped under the radar and only just started to get noticed. But I suspect the next 12 months looks very different. fast forward 3 years and they could be trading over $1 without any sort of fanciful sales projections. They just need steady compounding growth year on year (less than we have seen over the last 6 months) and we will be earning 4+cents per share in 2021. A share price on that could be well over $1. This is a buy and hold every day of the week for me.
